Likes: Ease of use. Put it in front loading wash. It does the rest. Sweet. I have been in many 100% humidity conditions and have not noticed any deficiencies in my down feathers since using this product.
Dislikes: not everyone has front loading wash machine and it seemed to stain the exterior of my ventera down comforter.
