Building on the award-winning design of the MSR Mutha Hubba, the new MSR Mutha Hubba HP offers increased protection against wet weather and cold temperatures. Without compromising the ultra-lightweight design of its Hubba series, MSR has given users greater versatility for 3+ season use.

The unique pole configuration of the 3-person Mutha Hubba HP provides 40 square feet of interior space and a full 46 inches of interior height for maximum livability. Strong and supportive, DAC NSL aluminum poles are extremely lightweight. Dependable MSR Ultralight Needle Stakes are included to aid in securing the freestanding Mutha Hubba HP. Dual vestibules offer a combined 14 square feet of additional protected storage space. The dual entrances of the Mutha Hubba HP feature a stay-dry design that prevents roof run-off from dripping into the interior of the tent when the fly is open.

By swapping much of the mesh found on the classic Hubba series for ripstop nylon, MSR has equipped the Mutha Hubba HP for better performance in snow, sand and wind. Like other MSR Fast & Light tents, the Mutha Hubba HP employs taped seams on the floor and rainfly to prevent leaks. Welded reinforcements at the stress points further prevent tear-outs and increased weatherproofing on the floor of the Mutha Hubba HP provides greater protection against the elements. The guy lines are reflective to help you find your way back to your tent in the dark.

An optional footprint (sold separately) is available to further protect the floor the Mutha Hubba HP from roots, rocks and moisture.
