Mountainsmith Pyrite 7075 Trekking Poles are loaded with features. Made of lightweight 7075 aluminum, these poles are rugged enough for extreme expeditions, yet versatile enough for everyday use. These 3-section telescopic poles feature an anti-shock system and a Quick-twist locking mechanism. The dual-density rubber grips are both soft and firm for a more comfortable fit. The carbide tips provide exceptional traction on ice and rock, and removable rubber boots are provided for off-trail use. The narrow profile trekking baskets can be removed quickly without tools. Pyrite poles expand to 54" (137 cm) and contract to 26" (66 cm). They're sold in pairs and weigh 1 lb. 11 oz. per pair.
