Likes: Mmmm! This stuff is very close in taste and texture to Stouffer's frozen mac and cheese. Would never know it's a backpacking meal if it didn't come in a convenient pouch.
Dislikes: More calories than I need. Wish it came in a single serve size.

Likes: The mac and cheese tastes good and is easy to make. Its fine for an easy lunch or dinner.
Dislikes: Do not use to much water or the sauce stays to loose.

Mountain House's Vegetarian Wild Rice and Mushroom Pilaf freeze-dried meal is a combination of long grain rice, mushrooms and sweet red peppers in a butter and roasted garlic sauce. Just add boiling water, set aside for 6-7 minutes and enjoy!
