While not waterproof, a DWR (durable water repellant) finish helps to keep these pants from absorbing water during stream crossings or afternoon thunderstorms and the full-length inseam gusset offers mobility to tackle steep trails or slot canyons. The micro-chamois lined waistband with seamless conical construction equals a great fit and comfort under a pack hipbelt and the soft drawcord built into the waistband allows for easy fit adjustments. Other features of the Women’s Yuma Short include two front hand pockets and a single side pocket.
