Designed with anatomically tapered cuts and shorter overall lengths, Mountain Hardwear's women's bags better accommodate a woman's height and shape, aiding in the prevention of cold spots and saving your body the energy of trying to heat uninhabited areas of the bag.

The UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's sleeping bag is insulated with compressible, durable Thermic Micro synthetic fill. Though still not as compressible as natural down fill, breathable and fast-drying Thermic Micro, unlike down fill, is water-resistant and continues to provide warmth even when wet. This is particularly important if you'll be backpacking or camping in wet weather or humid climates.

Unlike traditional stitched baffles, the horizontal baffles of the UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's sleeping bag are welded to the shell and liner. While ensuring that the Thermic Micro fill is distributed evenly throughout the UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's bag, these baffles also avoid the pinching that can happen to fill during stitching. The welded construction helps to improve the overall loft of the Thermic Micro fill and increase the lifespan of the insulation.

An insulated, contoured hood helps reduce heat loss and keeps your head warm and comfortable. An integrated draft collar keeps your face warm, locks heat inside the UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's bag and prevents cold air from creeping into the bag's interior. Enhancing comfort and warmth, Mountain Hardwear's patented Comfort Footbox creates ergonomic, insulated space for your feet. A small zippered pocket inside the sleeping bag provides a secure place to store keys or other valuables.

NOTE: The UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's sleeping bag utilizes dual quarter-length zippers. Though this design aids in insulation and helps to keep packed weight to a minimum, it does inhibit the UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's bag from being able to zipper open completely for use as a blanket. The two-way construction of the zippers allows you to remain inside the bag while freeing your arms for reading or grabbing gear from your pack!

The Mountain Hardwear UltraLamina 15 Degree Women's sleeping bag is available in Regular (fits to 6'0") and Long (fits to 6' 6") lengths. Each UltraLamina 15 Degree sleeping bag includes a stuff sack and a nylon mesh storage bag.
