Product Highlights
Updated for 2013! Perfect for those who go camping in multiple seasons and expect to encounter varied temperatures, the unique Mountain Hardwear Down Flip 35/50 Degree sleeping bag adjusts to your needs. One side of the semi-rectangular Down Flip 35/50 Degree sleeping bag is designed for warm temperatures, while the other side has enhanced insulation for colder nights in the backcountry.
The Down Flip 35/50 Degree bag is insulated with lightweight and compressible Q.Shield DOWN 600+ fill which has undergone an advanced treatment that resists water. This infused, permanent water repellency helps maintain insulating performance even when the insulation is exposed to moisture, a promise on which untreated down can’t deliver. A 30D Ripstop nylon shell further protects the insulation from the elements.
The offset quilt construction of the Down Flip 35/50 Degree sleeping bag ensures that insulation is distributed evenly throughout the bag. This design aids in the elimination of cold spots and provides consistent comfort. In mild weather and on balmy nights, the 50 degree side of the Down Flip 35/50 Degree bag provides protection and comfort without causing you to sweat. On colder nights, turn the Down Flip 35/50 Degree to the other side and enjoy the warmth of a 35 degree temperature rating.
Adding to the Down Flip 35/50 Degree's functionality as a camping sleeping bag, the full-length zipper allows the Down Flip 35/50 to be entirely unzipped for use as a blanket. This design also allows the Down Flip 35/50 to be zipped to a second semi-rectangular bag for use as a double bag.
The Mountain Hardwear Down Flip 35/50 Degree sleeping bag fits up to 6'0". A stuff sack is included.
