Marmot uses lightweight, polyester fabric with a DWR (durable water resistant) finish to create an ultra-packable wind and water resistant shell that breathes well enough to delight trail runners, hikers, cyclist and cross country skiers. The Women’s Trail Hoody has a full front zipper and active ventilation built into the under arm area for increased ventilation during aerobic activities.
When not in use, the Women’s Trail Hoody stuffs inside its own integrated pocket to a size that allows it to fit almost anywhere. A small zippered pocket on the sleeve stows an ID or house key and reflective logos offer better visibility on evening runs or bike commutes. The attached, adjustable hood, elastic drawcord hem and lycra-bound cuffs let the wearer make adjustments on the go as weather conditions change. The smooth fabric layers well over base layers or lightweight fleece or can be used as a mid layer in cooler temperatures.
