Updated for 2008! Marmot's Trestles 40 Degree sleeping bag is an affordable, no-frills offering for summer or warm weather camping. Fully rectangular, the Trestles 40 Degree offers the roominess and full access that make it ideal in balmy weather. Synthetic fill also makes this bag a good option for damp or humid conditions.

The Trestles 40 Degree is insulated with Marmot's proprietary Spirafil 120 synthetic fill. A unique blend of 3Denier and 1Denier polyester fibers, Spirafil 120 is warm and compressible. Unlike down fill, this breathable, fast-drying insulation is water-resistant and provides warmth even when wet. This is particularly important if you'll be backpacking or camping in wet weather or humid climates.

Wave baffle construction eliminates cold spots and provides comfort. A draft tube sewn behind the zipper keeps cold air from reaching the inside of the sleeping bag and zipper guards help to avoid irritating and damaging snags. An integrated stash pocket provides a convenient storage option for keys, contacts or other small items. Marmot's patented Trapezoid Foot Box is wider at the toes and narrower at the heels, providing a more natural fit and improving warmth and comfort. A full-length zipper extends around the feet of the bag, allowing the Trestles 40 Degree to be completely unzipped and used as a blanket. A second, shorter section of zipper on the opposite side of the sleeping bag allows the top of the bag to fold down, increasing ventilation on warm nights.

The Marmot Trestles 40 Degree is available in Regular (fits up to 6'0") and Long (fits up to 6' 6") lengths. For your convenience, both sizes of the Trestles 40 Degree bag are available in Left and Right full-length zipper options. A compression sack is included.
