Likes: Very nice tent. Super easy and fast to set up. Very good quality. Have not used in the rain yet but did spend the weekend with it in a moderate wind. No problems at all. As with all tents, don't go by rating on the amount of people they sleep. Four people in this tent better like each other a lot.
Dislikes: The only reason for 4 stars and not 5.It did not come with footprint or gearloft. Becky at Backcountry edge contacted Marmot and they sent the footprint but still no gearloft. Becky contacted Marmot again but they had no gearloft to send, so Becky sent a universal loft directly from Backcountry edge for me at no cost. I bought the tent through them because of their customer service reviews, and after this experience I will definitely buy from them again. Great people to do business with, as this is rare nowdays.

Likes: This is absolutely the easiest set up I have ever seen; 5 minutes max and it was up first time. The size is perfect for us and the workmanship is excellent. VERY glad we made this one our choice. Researched a lot of options. Backcountryedge we have ordered from a number of times and 100% satisfied with the service.

Likes: I had researched tents for a long time before deciding on the Marmot Limelight 4p. I also researched the best site to purchase the product. After waiting and watching prices, I purchased from backcountryedge. I could not be more happy with the tent or with my experience ordering from backcountryedge.
Dislikes: None so far.

Likes: Used for beach camping with my gf. Nice and roomy even with our bags in the tent with us. This tent is a rock in bad weather. My set up was foot long pvc pipes buried in the side reciving the most wind tide with 550 cord to the tent loops and msr ground hog and marmot supplied stakes. Around 5 that morning all hell broke loose a surprise storm rolled in with gust up to 60mph. Tent was bone dry. Aside from having to replant the vestibule with the groundhog stakes and making minor adj. to the guy out point the tent never buckled or caved in. Ever tent on the beach was flatted or packed up and headed home. After that it held up to a steady breeze of 24-30mph wind. Best tent I have ever owned.
Dislikes: Minor gripe I would have liked an optional door mats for the vestibules. Ill just make one.

Likes: This tent has the best setup for a couple of hikers. The front and rear doors are awesome for those night time potty breaks. I have used this tent as an assistant scout master as our troop has about 10 of these. I recently purchase my own. The front and rear vestibules are great for storing our packs and boots. I have used this tent during a weekend of heavy rain with no leaks.
Dislikes: I get a lot of condensation inside during a lot of rain. It doesn't have a chance to dry out with all the humidity in the air.

Likes: This tent is lightweight enough for backpacking even with the included footprint and gear loft. Very easy setup - took less than 10 minutes by myself the first time I set it up.
Dislikes: As with most 4P tents, you can only fit 3 plus a little gear comfortably. Liked the Marmot Halo 4P better because it is bigger and seemingly sturdier.

Likes: You can definitely sleep four average size people in this tent, though it's going to be snug. During the hot months, it might be too warm with 4 inside. The vestibules are a good size for backpacks and boots. Overall, I really like this tent. Lightweight and packs compact for the size, easy to set up solo.
Dislikes: My only concern is that the floor and wall seem is right at ground level, so I wonder about water pooling and leaking in. Of course, site selection and prep can mitigate that, but sometimes we don't have great options, and heavy rains can create pools even with the best prep. But I haven't read about this being an issue with other users, so it probably isn't a problem.
