Built from 3-layer SOFtech soft shell fabric, the Plano Hoody is wind and water repellent, abrasion-resistant and highly breathable with a fleece liner to provide some insulation. The durable exterior of the Plano Hoody holds up against brush, rock or the wear of a pack. A detachable hood can be adjusted for a snug, comfortable fit in bad weather or zipped off and left at home or in your pack when the weather is clear. Pre-shaped sleeves with adjustable Velcro cuffs allow for good freedom of movement and a draw cord hem lets you seal out wind-blown snow.
Other features include two zippered, hand warmer pockets and zippered chest pocket. This soft shell offers a standard cut which layers well over base layers and lightweight fleece or a sweater.
