Designed for ultra-lightweight multi-day hiking, the Contour HL 60+10 has a standard volume of 3700 cubic inches, increasing by 600 cubic inches with the use of the extendible spindrift collar.

A stripped-down version of Lowe Alpine's Torso Fit APS (Advanced Paralux System) back system reduces the weight of the Contour HL 60+10 while still allowing for easy adjustment and a customized, comfortable fit for long or short torsos. New fabrics in the back, belts and body shaped harness make the Contour HL 60+10 ride cooler and more comfortably. The combination of twin staves and the side compression design control stability and concentrate weight on the center of your back.

Load-lifter straps, a sternum strap and a padded ergonomic waistbelt further enhance the fit of the Contour HL 60+10 and ensure the stability of your load, allowing convenient adjustment while on the trail. The waistbelt has cut-away features for even greater reduction in weight.

A zippered divider between the Contour HL 60+10's top loading main compartment and front entry sleeping bag compartment allow for organization and separation of wet and dry gear. When hauling longer items or in need of access between the two compartments, you can unzip the divider and convert the Contour HL 60+10 to a single, large compartment. The extendible lid with internal and external zippered pockets provides further storage.

Numerous lash points, twin ice axe loops and trekking pole attachment cords add to the Contour HL 60+10's versatility in the backcountry. Two wand water bottle pockets are built into the side of the pack. A lined interior pocket and built-in tube exit make the Contour HL 60+10 hydration compatible.
