New for 2009! The Lowe Alpine Airzone Snow 28 day pack has an adjustable suspension system, 1708 cubic inches of storage capacity and an integrated snowshoe carry system. The Airzone Snow 28 is ideal for skiers who need snowshoes to get to their ski destination or snowshoers who need to do some hiking to get to deep or packed snow.

The Airzone Snow 28's back system consists of a vented shoulder harness that works in tandem with channeled padding on the lower portion of the back. This system offers support for load hauling while maximizing airflow by minimizing the contact areas against your back. Further enhancing fit, the Lowe Alpine Torso Fit Centro system allows quick and easy adjustment for torso lengths ranging from 16-21 inches. Padded shoulder straps, load-lifter straps, a sternum strap with sliding adjustment and a padded hipbelt further enhance the fit of the Airzone Snow 28 and ensure the stability of your load.

The large main storage compartment of the Airzone Snow 28 is accessed via a large, zippered front panel. A fleece-lined pocket at the top of the Airzone Snow 28 is perfect for goggles and an interior mesh pocket stows other valuables. Side mesh pockets provide further storage options.

Other features found on the Airzone Snow 28 include an imprinted SOS emergency reference panel, ice axe/trekking pole attachments and a snowshoe carry system. The snowshoe carry system can be adjusted to accommodate skis. A lined interior pocket and drinking tube exit combine to make the Airzone Snow 28 hydration compatible (hydration system not included). Easy-grab zipper pulls make the Airzone Snow 28 glove and mitt-friendly.
