The LEKI Wanderfreund telescoping travel cane is designed to provide mobility support and increase balance for simple hikes and around-town touring. With a collapsed length of only 23.2 inches, the Wanderfreund is an ideal travel companion for journeys at home or abroad.

The Wanderfreund features a versatile Multi-Medical COR-TEC grip. This textured grip allows the Wanderfreund to be used in a traditional cane-style or, when extended to its maximum 47.2 inches, as an actual walking staff.

LEKI's Super Lock System (SLS) takes advantage of wide thread patterns and steep-angled lock adjustments to provide greater security than is found on most telescoping canes. It also makes adjusting the length of the Wanderfreund quick and easy. Giving you peace of mind, the SLS locking system is far less prone to loosening while in use than poorer-crafted canes.

The Wanderfreund's carbide flex tip deflects up to 30 degrees without damaging the lower pole section. This reduces the risk of shaft breakage if the pole should get caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail. By attaching the press-fit rubber tip (included), you can use the Wanderfreund indoors or on improved walking surfaces.
