Updated for 2008! Boasting a built-in camera mount, the Sierra Antishock from LEKI serves double-duty as a walking staff and as a camera monopod.

The Sierra Antishock cane features LEKI's Soft Antishock System (SAS) Lite that reduces stress on the joints, muscles and ligaments. The combination of internal steel spring and elastomer creates a smooth and unique suspension system that is quieter and reduces shock more effectively than other designs. LEKI embeds the spring in the shaft of the lower pole section, which keeps the spring cleaner, requiring less maintenance. This featured can also be easily turned off when not needed.

Made from a thermo-foam material, the Sierra Antishock grip provides comfort and breathability. The Automatic Strap System provides additional security, comfort and support. The wood-grain knob unscrews to reveal the built-in camera mount.

The Sierra Antishock features LEKI's Super Lock System (SLS). Taking advantage of wide thread patterns and steep-angled lock adjustments, the SLS design allows for quick and easy adjustments and is up to 60 times more secure than other locking systems. The SLS locking system is far less prone to loosening while in use, giving you peace of mind even in challenging situations.

The carbide flex tip deflects up to 30 degrees without damaging the lower pole section. This reduces the risk of pole breakage if the pole should get caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail. The rubber tip attachment makes the Sierra Antishock suitable not only for the trail, but also for improved walking surfaces and indoors.
