The Photo Aluminum SpeedLock pole utilizes an AERGON Photo Grip that incorporates a removable top with a universal threaded camera mount. Simply fix your camera onto the mounting piece to take photos with added stability. The AERGON Photo Grip has an ovoid shape that can be palmed or held traditionally. A rubberized, dimpled top offers a textured grip point and a buckle strap reduces stress on your wrists and provides additional security and comfort.
LEKI's SpeedLock system utilizes an integrated stainless steel pressure plate to provide a secure lock and keep pole sections from slipping. The fiberglass-reinforced mechanism resists stretching so it retains its locking ability after repeated use. Adjusting pole length on-the-fly has never been easier.
The Photo Aluminum SpeedLock trekking pole employs carbide flex tips that deflect up to 30 degrees without damaging the lower pole sections. This reduces the risk of pole breakage if the pole should get caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail. Optional performance, snowflake and deep powder baskets (sold separately) can be attached to the tips for use in mud or snow.
