The Carbonlite Antishock trekking poles feature LEKI's Soft Antishock System (SAS) Lite that reduces stress on the joints, muscles and ligaments. The combination of internal steel spring and elastomer creates a smooth and unique suspension system that is quieter and reduces shock more effectively than other designs. LEKI embeds the spring in the shaft of the lower pole section, which keeps the spring cleaner, requiring less maintenance. This featured can also be easily turned off for more effective climbing.

Incorporating a positive angle into the compact right and left hand grips, Carbonlite Antishock poles preserve a more neutral ergonomic position for your wrist and hand, allowing for comfort and precise tip placement. Exterior thermo-foam material provides additional comfort and breathability. Integrated straps further reduce stress on your wrists and provide additional security and comfort.

LEKI's Super Lock System (SLS) uses wide thread patterns and steep-angled lock mechanisms to provide quicker and easier adjustments and is up to 60 times more secure than other locking systems. The SLS locking system is far less prone to loosening while in use, giving you peace of mind even in challenging situations.

Carbonlite Antishock poles employ carbide flex tips that deflect up to 30 degrees without damaging the lower pole sections. This reduces the risk of pole breakage if the pole should get caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail. Standard trekking baskets are included and are interchangeable with a simple screw on/off design that stays secure. Optional snowflake and deep powder baskets (sold separately) allow the poles to be converted for winter use.

NOTE: Designed to be ultra-light, carbon shaft trekking poles do forfeit some of the durability found in traditional aluminum poles. Due to this trade-off and unlike the lifetime shaft warranty offered by LEKI on its aluminum poles, the Carbonlite Antishock trekking poles feature only a one-year limited warranty for shaft breakage.
