Komperdell has found a way to incorporate many of the same features found in their higher end poles into this budget minded design.

The pole's 3 telescopic sections are constructed of alloy T7075-T6. The hiqh-frequency welded and drawn tubes are extra strong, amazingly lightweight and corrosion-resistant.

These poles also feature a neoprene-padded wrist strap. Poles can be converted for winter use by replacing the summer trekking baskets with one of the several styles of snow baskets available. The Tungsten/Carbide flex tips are designed to flex if the tip of the pole should get stuck. This helps protect the poles from structural damage.
