C3 Carbon Powerlock trekking poles feature Komperdell's EVA Full Foam Grips. These soft, streamlined grips are shock absorbing and their 8-degree corrective angle reduces strain on the wrists. Integrated straps further save your wrists from undue stress.
The external locks found on the C3 Carbon Powerlock are far easier to adjust than the internal locking mechanisms used on many telescoping poles. Simply push open the locking tab, adjust the poles to the required length (27.2”-57”) and snap the tab back into place.
C3 Carbon Powerlock trekking poles can be converted for winter use by replacing the summer trekking baskets (included) with one of the several styles of snow baskets (sold separately). The Tungsten/Carbide flex tips are designed to flex if the tip of the pole should get stuck, helping to protect the shafts from structural damage.
