Likes: Without a doubt, the stirdiness of the bottle. It has held through the school year. No leaks and very little denting.

Likes: Stainless steel is so much better than plastic! - you don't need to worry about the toxins in the material. My kids like that it keeps their water fresh and cool even without an icepack for awhile. Good size for kids. Fits into cup holders and most lunch boxes.

Dislikes: It does "sweat" and when it is full it is pretty heavy which is a bit of a drawback for kids, but I don't think there is much you can do about that since stainless steel is a heavy material.
