Reflecting a radical reconfiguration of the traditional dome tent, the Kelty Villa 6 camping tent is designed to maximize available space. A ground-breaking pole and fly design create actual gear shelves in the large vestibule, making the Villa 6 an excellent choice for basecampers or camping families.

Four durable, but lightweight DAC aluminum poles give the freestanding Villa 6 its unique structure and provide strength and stability. Aluminum poles far outshine the heavier, breakable fiberglass poles found on inferior department store tents. Simple-to-use clips quickly attach the tent body to the poles and integrated pole sleeves guide the poles into proper placement and further strengthen the tent structure.

With 89.4 sq. ft. of interior space, the Villa 6 offers ample room for up to 6 campers. The vestibule enhances the livability of the interior of the tent by offering additional exterior space for stowing gear, including an ingenious built-in shelf. Dual doors offer convenient entry and exit for inhabitants and cut down on the need to crawl over top of other sleepers when nature calls in the middle of the night! Other sewn-in features found on the Villa 6 include internal storage pockets, a fully integrated organizer wall and gear loft loops.

Sidewall vents, mesh doors, a mesh ceiling and mesh sidewalls combine to allow maximum air flow, preventing condensation build-up on the interior of the Villa 6. A PU polyester-taffeta rainfly provides excellent weather and UV protection. Kelty's patented ArcEdge construction lifts the floor seams up off the ground, eliminating potential for leaks.
