Kelty name brand, quality construction. Fairly easy to set up for the first time. Kept everything dry underneath when it rained.
Dislikes:
Too heavy to use for backpacking but great for car camping.

I love this product. We used it on a road trip through Montana & Wyoming where it rained almost every day. It was a great rain shelter for us and for our cooking gear. It is easy to move from one location to another but we usually left it set up so half the camp table was covered, half was exposed. We also took the shelter to Joshua Trees and were the envy of all the other campers for having a sunshade that fit into irregular spaces so well and was easy to pack and transport.
Dislikes:
Set up does require space and is easiest when done with a helper. At Joshua Trees we had to set up in the street, but as I said it is easy to move where you want it, once it is set up.

This is a spacious sunshade that afforded us a lot of needed shade, as well as some privacy, on afternoons at the beach with our toddler. I imagine using this at tail-gate events and summer parties as he grows up. At 6' tall myself, it is tall enough to stand under the canopy.
Dislikes:
Purchasing at least one side-wall (an optional accessory) is a must. Even in July, low-angle sunlight gets under the edges and limits the usable shade. The side-wall accessory is easy to move as the sun moves to get the maximum sun protection.
This item is heavy, so it isn't a great option for camping unless you are driving to your base camp.
Finally, good luck setting it up if you are late to get to the crowded beach. The poles have to pass through sleeves, so you need a set-up area about 2x the poles length (I would estimate that a 30' diameter area works) to erect this sunshade. Pole clips would have been more efficient and allowed setup in an area no larger than its own footpri
