This is a great Day Pak for the price I paid.
Dislikes:
If anything, more compartments would be a plus.

Good organization, zippers are easy to open and don't get caught in the fabric, holds a 100 oz camelbak bladder with ease. Great no-frills pack. Although it is 200ci smaller than the women's Shrike 2000, it actually holds more (due to its more sensible shape) and is MUCH more comfortable.
Dislikes:
Straps are a little uncomfortable - can't wear for an extended time with a short sleeved shirt because it rubs against my arms, and the fabric is rough. But, I'm very picky. YMMV.

The Redtail daypack is made from a durable nylon fabric that is water resistant. The fleece lined pocket in the small organizer compartment is great for sunglasses or any other items that needs protection against scratches. The shoulder straps are nice and thick, easy to adjust, and comfortable. The pack is also easy to use with hydration packs. The Redtail is basically a half-size version of the Redwing.
Dislikes:
The waist strap could be wider.
