The Monaco 20 Degree Regular sleeping utilizes Thermolite Quallo synthetic insulation. Quallo is a lightweight, compressible synthetic fill that maintains its high loft, softness and insulating properties over time. Like other synthetic fills, Quallo retains most of its insulating capabilities even when wet, making the Monaco 20 Degree Regular a good choice for wet climates. The shell of the Monaco 20 Degree Regular is made of durable polyester rip stop and a sueded nylon-polyester-cotton liner provides internal comfort.

The Monaco 20 Degree Regular is designed to keep you as warm and comfortable as possible. A contoured, adjustable hood keeps your head warm and cozy on cold nights and an expanded, insulated roll and baffle collar provide extra protection for your face, neck and chin. Patented FatMan and Ribbon drawcords allow you to adjust the top or lower sections of the hood by feel even when it's dark outside. A draft tube offers an extra layer of protection behind the zipper, ensuring that cold air can't find its way into the interior of the bag. An internal footbox pocket even offers an integrated storage space for foot warmers or heat packs. A zippered foot vent allows cool air into the bag on balmy days.

Other high-end features found on the Monaco 20 Degree Regular include a pillow pocket, an external storage pocket, an internal electronics pocket, a two-way locking zipper, sleeping pad security loops, internal liner loops and hanging loops.
