With its innovative pole structure, spacious interior and numerous features, the Kelty Hula House 6 is ready-made for 3-season camping. Extremely well-ventilated, the Hula House 6 is a cut above most tents you'll find at the campground.
DAC aluminum poles provide the Hula House 6 with reliable, freestanding structure. Color-coded clip and sleeve construction make it easy to identify which pole goes where. A "hooped" section of pole helps to maximize the interior space of the Hula House 6 and grants increased strength and stability in the process. The freestanding design allows you to pitch the Hula House 6 and then move it around your campsite to find the optimum position, eliminating an uncomfortable night's sleep over an exposed root or rock. Stakes are included to secure the tent in place.
Kelty's Hula House 6 provides 110 square feet of interior space and 6' 4" of interior peak height. A large front vestibule offers 50 square feet of external storage. Internal storage pockets and gear-loft loops help to maximize available floor space by providing places to stow and hang gear.
Extensive mesh on the tent body provides great airflow and helps to prevent condensation build-up on the interior of the Hula House 6. A PU-coated polyester-taffeta rainfly provides excellent weather and UV protection. Kelty's patented ArcEdge construction lifts the taped, floor seams up off the ground, eliminating potential for leaks.
An optional footprint (sold separately) further protects the Kelty Hula House 6 against ground water, roots and rocks.
