What an awesome investment! It was much bigger than I imagined it would be. I almost considered the Green River 6 but glad I went with this one. The tent was easy to setup, although you do need two people. This was my first Kelty purchase and I am amazed by the quality of the product. The zipper is flawless and smooth. The vestibule is big enough to fit two foldout chairs. Ventilation throughout the tent was adequate...I did wake up in the morning with condensation inside the tent and a small pool of water collected around the bottom floor.
Dislikes:
The screened-in window portion of the vestibule can only be "closed" using flaps (the door closed shut with zippers). So if it rains, water can still come in and get your gear wet. Not enough to really get upset about but wished it zippered shut. When applying stress to the fiberglass rods, it feels like it could snap. Someday I'll upgrade to the aluminum poles. Other than that, I'm very happy with the tent!

I loved how roomy the tent was. You could stand comfortably at about 5'8" in most parts of the tent including the vestibule. Airflow was not a problem is 75+ degree weather especially if you leave all the vestibule panels open. I've heard complaints about people having trouble reaching the awkward angle of the vestibule zipper enclosures but i found no issue with all. If it really is that hard, i'd suggest tying some longer ropes so you have a longer pull string. The vestibule is a great feature to get some shade, cover from rain or escape some bugs (Emphasis on SOME). The vestibule comfortably seats 2 in folding chairs with room to spare for gear/cooler etc.
Dislikes:
Most the issues i found involved a LOVE/HATE relationship with the vestibule. There is a gap between the rainfly and the tent that allows bugs in. We woke up one morning to about 6 daddy long legs perched on the mesh inside the vestibule.
The vestibule area is wonderful but good luck finding a suitable footprint for the 9'x 9' square sleeping area PLUS the 9' x 6' vestibule area that is shaped like a hexagon. You can find a separate rectangular tarp but b/c of the shape of the vestibule the stakes will be in the way. You have to do some rigging. Also, one of the rainy/windy nights - we woke up to some water pooled up on the 4 corners of the tent but were otherwise dry.

This is an excellent tent for family camping. The 4 person size is great for us as we have two young children and all the baggage that comes with them. Do yourself a favor though and make sure you set this up at home before you head out to practice getting it right, and it will be much smoother and less stressful. The use of two people is a plus as well, as this tent is big! Kelty continues to put out great products.
Dislikes:
Be prepared, it is heavy and for car camping, don't expect to pack this anywhere

Roomy, high ceiling, waterproof in a northeast summer downpour! The tent fits nicely into the carrying bag which is much easier to manage than a stuff sack. For a basic, quality tent it is outstanding and the price is excellent. I bought one to try for the summer camp I direct, and was so impressed I bought 5 more!
Dislikes:
The only improvement could be that in the vestibule the screens cannot be totally closed off - zippers here instead of the curtain-like hooks would be nice.

Spacious, well built, set up and storeage are moderately easy. A good looking tent! We really enjoy it.
Dislikes:
The rain fly and vestibule are integral with one another. If you don't install the rain fly you can not have the vestiblule and vise versa.
