Kelty's Cache Hauler Complete is a high-performance external frame and packbag combination built specifically for hunters. Drawing on over 50 years of experience in backpack construction and development, Kelty incorporates the suspension and design of its hiking backpacks into a functional pack for multi-day hunting trips with a sturdy external frame for hauling gear and game.

With 3450 cubic inches of internal storage capacity and multiple lash points, the Cache Hauler Complete's packbag has ample space for clothing, gear, ammunition and supplies. The external frame offers additional space for carrying gear or hauling meat out of the back country. The frame's design provides firm support and increases carrying comfort over long distances. A hinged-base located at the bottom of the frame aids in stabilizing heavy external loads. However, the rigidity of the external frame can hamper flexibility for off-trail treks. The packbag of the Cache Hauler Complete can be removed from the frame and used independently, allowing you to move faster and with more agility.

Padded shoulder straps, load-lifter straps, a sternum strap and a padded waistbelt further enhance the fit of the Cache Hauler Complete and ensure the stability of your load, allowing convenient adjustment while on the move. A wicking backpanel combats sweat and provides some space between your back and the Cache Hauler Complete, helping to keep you comfortable on the trail.

A zippered divider between the Cache Hauler Complete's top loading main compartment and front entry sleeping bag compartment allows for organization and separation of wet and dry gear. When hauling longer items or in need of access between the two compartments, you can unzip the divider and convert the Cache Hauler Complete's packbag to a single, large compartment. While hunting or out on the trail, you don't want to be constantly digging through your pack to find ammunition or a specific piece of gear. The Cache Hauler Complete's large external front and side pockets and zippered map pocket in the lid offer numerous organizational options, allowing you to separate gear for quick and easy access. An integrated spindrift collar at the top of the packbag extends, allowing even more room for storage and protecting the contents of the pack from dirt and debris.

Numerous lash points on the packbag and frame add to the Cache Hauler Complete's versatility in the back country. Lined pockets on both the packbag and the freighter frame make the Cache Hauler Complete hydration compatible regardless of the manner in which it is being used. A removable blaze orange rain cover found in a zippered sleeve in the lower panel of the frame offers extra protection against the elements and makes the Cache Hauler Complete clearly visible.
