Product Highlights

Employing Jetboil's award-winning FluxRing technology, the Sol Titanium cook system provides fast, efficient performance in a compact, lightweight design. The Sol Titanium weighs in at just 9.0 ounces and delivers consistent heat down to 15 degrees Fahrenheit, boiling 16 ounces of water in just 2 minutes!

The Sol Titanium's 0.8 Liter insulated cooking cup connects directly to the high performance burner through the use of Jetboil FluxRing technology, ensuring that less heat is lost during the cooking process. Durable, lightweight titanium construction guarantees efficient performance at minimal weight. A simple push-button electric igniter makes igniting the burner and operating the Sol Titanium quick and easy.

A neoprene liner encases the FluxRing cooking cup, keeping food and beverages warm long after heating. TA sip-through lid further helps insulate the contents of the cooking cup and prohibits spills. The protective plastic bottom of the cup can be removed for use as a small bowl or measuring device.

Compact and lightweight, the entire Sol Titanium cooking system can be stowed inside the FluxRing cooking cup, reducing the entire system to dimensions of 4.1" x 6.5". You can customize and expand the use and functionality of your Sol Titanium by adding additional FluxRing cups or any other Jetboil accessory (all sold separately).

NOTE: The Jetboil Sol Titanium requires the use of a Jetpower Fuel canister (sold separately). Each Jetpower Fuel canister provides ample energy to boil 12 liters of water and, at only 3.5 oz., stows conveniently inside the nested Sol Titanium cooking system.

Likes: What can I say it's light and compact as one of the other reviewer's mentioned.
I needed something functional and compact that I could take backpacking and this works great.
So far I've mainly used this for boiling water (and reheating coffee; bad idea) and instant noodles; it heated both very quickly and seemed to have very low amounts of heat around it which I assume means very small amounts of heat and fuel lost.

Dislikes: Wish this one had the temperature gauge too, but doesn't really matter for me since I can just tell by listening when it's done.

Likes: This Jetboil is amazing it heats up water super fast. It is also very light so backpacking with it is awesome. build time is about 30 seconds and it all packs into it self when your done. WE LOVE OUR JETBOIL.

Jetboil also includes the attatchment so you can do regular pots as well not just the jetboil cup.

The only difference between Titanium or Aluminum Jetboils is the weight (2oz.) and a temp guage that comes on the aluminum model. So see what one is worth it to you for the price difference.

Dislikes: Wish it had the temp guage like the aluminum one but we just listen for the boiling to start and normally shut it down after 5 seconds.

Dislikes: Strap on cup could be stronger

Likes: I like the integrated windscreen, heat exchanger and igniter, the fast boil times and the fact that everything packs neatly into the cooking cup. This system is great for the solo hiker who eats mostly dehydrated meals.

Dislikes: MSR canisters will not fit into the cooking cup. Jetpower 3.5 oz canisters are the only ones I've found that fit. The cozy is chintzy.
