Employing Jetboil's award-winning FluxRing technology, the Sol Aluminum cook system provides fast, efficient performance in a compact, lightweight design. The Sol Aluminum weighs in at just 10.5 ounces and delivers consistent heat down to 15 degrees Fahrenheit, boiling 16 ounces of water in just 2 minutes!
The Sol Aluminum's 0.8 Liter insulated cooking cup connects directly to the high performance burner through the use of Jetboil FluxRing technology, ensuring that less heat is lost during the cooking process. Durable hard-anodized aluminum construction guarantees efficient performance at minimal weight. A simple push-button electric igniter makes igniting the burner and operating the Sol Aluminum quick and easy.
A neoprene liner encases the FluxRing cooking cup, keeping food and beverages warm long after heating. The liner also houses a color change window that alerts you to when the contents are hot. A sip-through lid further helps insulate the contents of the cooking cup and prohibits spills. The protective plastic bottom of the cup can be removed for use as a small bowl or measuring device.
Compact and lightweight, the entire Sol Aluminum cooking system can be stowed inside the FluxRing cooking cup, reducing the entire system to dimensions of 4.1" x 6.5". You can customize and expand the use and functionality of your Sol Aluminum by adding additional FluxRing cups or any other Jetboil accessory (all sold separately).
NOTE: The Jetboil Sol Aluminum requires the use of a Jetpower Fuel canister (sold separately). Each Jetpower Fuel canister provides ample energy to boil 12 liters of water and, at only 3.5 oz., stows conveniently inside the nested Sol Aluminum cooking system.
