Weighing just 10.7 oz, the Pinnacle Soloist Cook System includes everything needed for a single diner. The entire system nests into an integrated unit that measures just 5.0" x 5.4" x 5.5" and leaves room to stow a lightweight cooking stove and fuel canister (both sold separately).

Each GSI Outdoors Pinnalce Soloist Cook System includes a 1.1 liter pot, a strainer/Sip-It lid, a 14 oz insulated BPA-free cup/bowl, a GSI Telescoping Foon and a stove bag.
