As part of a Boy Scout project, 14-year old Wayne Gregory designed his first backpack. Little did he know, he'd found his life's work. Dissatisfied after an initial foray into the business of external frame backpack design, Wayne founded a company in 1977 dedicated to the creation of innovative, well-fitting internal frame backpacks.

Over a quarter of a century later, Gregory remains an industry leader in advancements to comfort, fit and durability.
