Product Highlights

A sleek and functional ultra-lightweight daypack, the Gregory Z30 strikes an efficient balance between weight and performance. Lightweight, high-tenacity fabrics and an innovative, streamlined suspension system keep the actual weight of the Z30 to a minimum while allowing you to comfortably carry up to 25 pounds of clothes and gear!

Having spent numerous years and countless miles out on the trail, the designers at Gregory are well aware of the problems that arise from ill-fitting backpacks. Unwilling to compromise comfort or load-carrying capability, Gregory's commitment to providing the perfect fit is evident in the technology used in the Z30's JetStream DTS (Dynamic Transfer System) suspension system. A lightweight, cantilevered aluminum frame and a molded and perforated V-beam framesheet work in tandem to support the stability of the Z30 by distributing weight evenly and transferring the load to your hips. Amazingly, this design actually strengthens as packed weight increases! The ventilated moisture wicking harnesses, waistbelt and backpanel enhance fit, aid in load transfer, provide cushioning and keep you cool on the trail. A sternum strap and load-lifter straps further enhance the fit of the Z30 and ensure the stability of your load, allowing convenient adjustment while on the trail.

The single main compartment of the Z30 has a zippered entry that opens wide to allow access to the pack body. A large zippered front pocket provides a secure place to store additional gear and a huge front "bucket" pocket with mesh sides offers convenient storage for gear or wet clothes. A small zipped pocket at the top of the pack offers an additional place to stow small items. All of the zippers used on the Z30 are designed to be weather resistant.

The Z30 also includes side compression straps, side water bottle pockets, quick-access waistbelt pockets and gear loops. An integrated sleeve and exit port make the Z30 hydration compatible.

Made of durable 210D HT "double box" rip-stop nylon fabric, the Z30 is available in S and M torso sizes and your choice of Citron, Red or Silver color options.

Likes: Very comfortable, easy to store all items for a serious day hike. Plenty of adjustable straps to keep load from moving around. Pockets on hip belt were excellent for storing camera and GPS device for easy access.

Dislikes: Could use different hip belt sizes.

Likes: Great buy! Buy on sale you get a great deal. The Main compartment is top loaded, and very easy to access everything in your pack. Great for Ultra-Overnighters. It also has a very handy pouch that can hold a fairly sized Helmet. All together a GREAT buy, cheaper than some of the other Daypacks offered buy other companies.

Dislikes: Nit sure how it is going to hold up. Only had if for a month.

Likes: The backpack is very well constructed. Have a lot of features which are smart like the ability to pass the compression straps inside or outside the side pockets, or the pockets on the hip belt.
My favorite things though is the suspension system. It does work amazingly.Whith a normally loaded pack I feel that I have a pack on me but not the weight, this is great, I truly enjoyed hiking with it so far.

Dislikes: Nothing up to now except that I would love to have a bigger one too.
