New for 2009! Versatile and lightweight, the sleek and compact Gregory Wasatch pack caters to adventure racers, mountain bikers and fast-and-light day hikers. Despite weighing a mere 1 lb. 5 oz., the 720 cubic inch Wasatch is sturdy enough to comfortably carry up to 20 pounds and endure the demands of outdoor adventure.

Well aware of the problems that arise from ill-fitting backpacks, Gregory is committed to providing fit, comfort and load-carrying capability. This commitment is evident in the technology used in the Wasatch’s Bio-Sync Active Trail Suspension (ATS) system. The Wasatch’s shoulder harness and waistbelt are connected to the pack body by overlapping, flexible "tendons" that enable to pack to adjust to your body’s motion during high-aerobic activities. Breathable Aero- Mesh and foam padding provides cushioning and helps to keep you cool by wicking moisture. An integrated internal compression system offers on-the-go adjustability and an adjustable sternum strap enhances fit and stability.

Reflecting a design focus on superior convenience and performance, the numerous compartments on the Wasatch provide access to the item you need without forcing you to pull out all of the contents of your pack to find it. The zippered main compartment opens wide for maximum access. A large zippered front pocket and internal elastic pockets offer further storage and organizational options. An expandable pocket on the front of the Wasatch is large enough to accommodate a helmet, wet clothes or additional gear. Large side mesh pockets offer yet another place to stash gear or water bottles. Zippered mesh pockets running almost the entire length of the waistbelt provide handy on-trail access to snacks, gear or valuables. The Wasatch has an integrated internal reservoir sleeve and a drinking tube entry point that allows you to equip the Wasatch with a hydration system (sold separately). Reflective highlights add a measure of nighttime visibility.

Made of an incredibly lightweight, high tenacity 70D UTS-coated nylon, the Gregory Wasatch is available in your choice of Cayenne, Tungsten or Moonstone color options.
