New for 2013! Unlike many lumbar packs, the Gregory Tempo H1 actually delivers on its promise of a “bounce”-free carry. Drawing on its years of experience building load-carrying backpacks, Gregory has incorporated a stabilizer system that keeps the integrated water bottle secure and stable.
A contoured, padded waistbelt and backpanel hug your body and work in tandem with the Wraptor stabilizer system to eliminate “bounce” and movement. A “slim hook” closure is easy to use and is set to one side to avoid uncomfortable contact. The result is a “quiet” lumbar pack that allows for an unencumbered arm swing. Cocona fabrics encase the backpanel padding to deliver comfort and aid in moisture management.
A zippered pocket on the right side of the waistbelt provides secure storage and a stretch stash pocket on the other side is ideal for gels and snacks. A built-in bungee cord attachment can carry a lightweight rain shell or wind shirt (sold separately). Hits of reflectivity and an integrated blinking light (sold separately) attachment point add visibility.
The lightweight (6 ounces), one-size fits all Gregory Tempo H1 is available in your choice of colors. The Tempo H1 includes a 24 oz bottle with an innovative cap that lets you choose from “quick-squeeze” and traditional “pop top” drinking options.
