Product Highlights

The Exped Waterproof Compression Bag allows you to free up space in your pack by reducing the packed size of bulky items like your sleeping bag or extra winter layers as well as keep your gear dry in any weather. Three horizontal compression straps cinch down tight to a long, cylinder shape and take up less space in your pack than traditional stuff sacks and storage bags. A quick air purge flat valve on the side of the Compression bag allows air to be easily purged from the bag as you compress it. The roll top, dry bag closure design means your clothing and gear will stay dry even in a heavy downpour.

Accounting for various sized sleeping bags and equipment the Exped Waterproof Compression Bag is available in three sizes. The size Small (ruby red) is 17" x 8", the Medium (grey) is 20" x 9" and the Large (clay brown) is 26" x 11".

Sizes available: Large, Medium, Small

Exped part numbers: 20101177, 20101176, 20101175

Likes: I got the Medium to pack my tent in it, not so much to compress it way down (which it does just fine with my Kelty Gunnison 3.1 and the rain fly), but so I can pack my tent up wet and move on to the next campsite without getting the rest of my gear wet. It works great and does exactly what I wanted it to.

    Dislikes: Nothing.

    Likes: waterproof

Dislikes: Straps are not quite in the best position if you don't fill the bag completely, causing these to fall off and flap around a little

Likes: Very durrable and handles abuse well. Very nice horizontal adjustment straps that hold solid under pressure. Works perfect.

Dislikes: If your not sure what size to get get the size up from the one you think you need. I dont really like the "air port" release valve but its still a very nice product.
