Likes: Not as comfortable as my CABEAU memory foam evolution travel pillow, but for the lightweight and the tiny packed size - 5 stars!

    Dislikes: Nothing

  • . Pleasanton CA

Likes: Light and easy to use.

    Dislikes: No sure yet

  • . Dublin CA

Likes: Some say a pillow is a luxury in the backcountry but I disagree. Nights of poor sleep can add up and take its toll on longer excursions. Sleep matters, plain and simple. This is a solid product, light and compact. The asymmetrical design allows a comfortable position in a variety of sleeping styles. I use the stuff sack for other small items and simply roll this pillow up into my sleeping bag.

    Dislikes: Nada

  • David F. San Diego CA

Likes: A dedicated pillow is a backpacking luxury, clothes jammed inside a stuff sack work fine. But this pillow just works better: fine-tune the air pressure for comfort (don’t blow it up rock hard), tilt up or down as desired and enjoy – no lumps. Not as nice as home, but for a pillow that packs down this small and weighs so little – nice. Easy to blow up with the dual valve system and deflating is fast. Comes with enough patches to seal it up after a Yeti attack. I like the Exped much more than the Klymit Cush. Definitely get the large pillow if you are an average size or above adult.

Dislikes: Pretty expensive for a blow-up pillow, but it is well constructed. A bit slippery and squeaky – so I put it under my hoodless summer sleeping bag or cover it with a fleece shirt when using it in a mummy bag. I wish it were a bit taller for side sleeping.

  • . Chicago IL

Likes: Very comfortable, does not slip.
Very easy to inflate (3 deep breaths).
Second valve for deflation is even easier.
    Packs small and light.

    Dislikes: Nothing so far.

Likes: I love this pillow. It is easy to inflate, very soft on top, and very light-weight and compact. It rolls up to the size of twinkie. I have taken it on several backpacking trips now and it is wonderful. It helps me to get a good nights sleep.

    Dislikes: Nothing.

Likes: I have three Exped products which is my first experience with this brand and I will tell you that I am impressed with all of them in regards to their quality of construction. I got the large and love it. This thing packs down to the size of an empty toilet roll and weighs next to nothing.

    Dislikes: Nothing

  • K L. orono MN

Likes: Big when inflated, small when packed and a breeze to inflate.

    Dislikes: All good so far

Likes: Very compact, lightweight & comfortable! Much better than sleeping on bunched up clothes! I recommend this to anyone looking for a great backpacking pillow!

    Dislikes: Nothing

  • . Toledo OH

Likes: Packs up much snaller that the foam pillows I have used in the past. Also has a much more ergonomic design that supports the head better that the the cylinderical shaped camping pillows.

    Dislikes: Nothing

  • Travis R. Knoxville TN

Likes: Compact, Comfortable, and light. Exped flat valves are superior to traditional twist valves. Actually exchanged a comfortfoam pillow for this one. I have tried the Thermarest pillow, Cocoon AirCore, & Exped Comfortfoam; this pillow is better than all of them.

Dislikes: Nothing really. A little more bouncy than the comfortfoam, but still superior to the Cocoon products and the Thermarest Compressible pillow.

Dislikes: Price is a little steep...

  • Anonymous Backcountry Edge Customer

Dislikes: was not thick enough for side sleeping

  • Thomas M. Staten Island NY

Likes: Very easy to inflate and deflate, nice size when deflated smaller than a 12 oz soda can, and comfortable to sleep on

Likes: This product blows up with 3 breaths, it is super tiny when compressed, weighs close to nothing. Best Camping Pillow!!!!!

Dislikes: This product is great all around no dislikes.

  • James A T. Arlington WA

Likes: Packs up very small and supports my noggin nicely. I normally just roll it up inside my ExPed mattress that way if I have one I have the other.

Dislikes: Nothing. It works as intended.

  • Shawn B. Vancouver WA

Likes: Light weight and very durable.

    Dislikes: Nothing

  • Anonymous Backcountry Edge Customer

Likes: Small and compact, light for pack. 2 breathes and it was up!

Dislikes: Worried when the repair kit included weighs more than the pillow. Only used it once so I'm not sure how often the repair kit will be needed.

  • Anonymous Backcountry Edge Customer

Likes: For a blow up pillow this was great. Very lightweight, packs down small and is easily inflated and deflated. The shape of the people was perfect for resting my head. Don't know I did not buy one sooner.

    Dislikes: none

  • Stephen G. Garfield AR

    Likes: Light and compact

    Dislikes: Nothing

  • Arthur C. Paso Robles CA

Likes: The pillow packed up into a small, lightweight item! Still a blowup pillow, but beats throwing together whatevers left in your pack disguised as a pillow.

Dislikes: The pillow gives off an annoying rubbery/canvas type of smell not commonly found in the great outdoors.

  • Anonymous Backcountry Edge Customer

Likes: The comfort of home out on the trail! This pillow packs up so small and is so light, it is a no-brainer to take along. While others in my party were folding their coats into pillows, I was already snuggled in bed.

Dislikes: I don't like red, but as my eyes are closed while using the pillow, I don't really care.

  • Michael P. Penfield NY

Likes: This pad is very comfortable, light and well made. The outer tubes are slightly larger to keep you from sliding/rolling off, which is a nice touch.

Dislikes: The valve has no mechanism to keep air from flowing back out when inflating, short of tightening the valve between breaths. This isn't too big a drawback but cost this product a star.
