The Deuter Transit 50 convertible pack is ready made for your next business trip or travel adventure. A product of Deuter's German engineering and extensive field-testing, the sturdy Transit 50 stands up to rigorous travel demands.
Borrowing from the same innovative design found on many of their traditional backpacks, Deuter has equipped the Transit 50 with the fit-enhancing Vari-Quick harness system. The harness adjusts quickly and easily to accommodate varying torso lengths. Soft, breathable fabrics and padding on the lumbar portion of the pack, the shoulder straps and the hipbelt further help to cushion your load. Load lifter straps, an adjustable sternum strap and side compression straps add an extra element of fit, support and stability. When not in use or for ease of storage, the entire suspension system stows away behind a protective zippered panel. A removable, padded strap also allows you to carry the Transit 50 as a large, over-the-shoulder bag.
With a 3052 cubic inch capacity, the Transit 50 provides plenty of storage space for your next travel adventure. The large main compartment offers wide-opening front panel access. A zippered divider between the main compartment and a lower, front entry compartment allows for organization and separation of wet and dry gear. A large front pocket provides further storage and can be removed entirely for use as a small carry-on or day pack. Integrated shoulder straps make this zip-off pack comfortable and efficient to carry. A zippered top pocket keeps valuables close at hand. External compression straps ensure that all contents remain safely in place.
