Developed in the technically-demanding Bavarian Alps, the Guide 30+ 10 SL Women’s pack incorporates alpine features in a clean, streamlined profile. Offering dual access features, 2200 cubic inches of storage and a carrying capacity of 30 pounds, the Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack is sleek and reliable.

As women's backs are not, on average, as long or broad as men's backs, the SL carry system is slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. The waistbelt has been given a more conical shape to provide a proper anatomical fit. The shoulder straps of the SL packs have been set closer together, are narrower and shorter in length. The SL packs are also equipped with smaller buckles and narrower tapered strap ends to prevent chafing under the arms and eliminate pressure points in the chest area.

The Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack utilizes Deuter's Alpine Guide Back System. Comprised of two vertical padded foam strips and an “X-frame” of lightweight aluminum stays, the Alpine Guide Back System offers stability and comfort while providing a "chimney" at the spinal column for ventilation. Anatomically contoured shoulder straps enhance flexibility, comfort and precision fit. Ventilated pads in the back, shoulder straps and waistbelt help to keep you cool and comfortable on your adventures. When you prefer to travel fast and light, the stays and waistbelt are completely removable. Load-lifter straps and a sternum strap work in tandem with the shoulder and lumbar padding to effectively distribute weight throughout the pack, further ensuring stability and comfort.

A top-accessed packbag provides the Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack with 1850 cubic inches of storage capacity, expanding to a full 2200 cubic inches with the use of an integrated spindrift collar. The buckled top lid further protects the contents of the packbag, extends to accommodate the spindrift collar and includes an additional pocket for storing smaller items. A side access zipper allows quick-and-easy access to the interior of the Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack.

The feature set found on the Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack further increases its alpine performance. Multiple gear loops and attachment rings allow you to lash any and all kinds of gear to the outside of the Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack. Compression straps are designed to carry skis of varying sizes and ensure that everything remains securely in place. The Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack also boasts built-in crampon straps. An internal pocket and built-in tube exit point make the Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack hydration compatible.

Made of high-tenacity, abrasion-resistant Ballistic/Duratex nylon, the Deuter Guide 30+10 SL Women’s pack has a Mandarin/Sun color scheme.
