Developed in the technically-demanding Bavarian Alps, the Guide 35+ incorporates alpine features in a clean, streamlined profile. Offering dual access features, 2650 cubic inches of storage and a carrying capacity of 35 pounds, the Guide 35+ is a sleek, reliable mountaineering pack.

The Guide 35+ utilizes Deuter's Alpine Guide Back System. Comprised of two vertical padded foam strips and an "X-frame" of lightweight aluminum stays, the Alpine Guide Back System offers stability and comfort while providing a "chimney" at the spinal column for ventilation. Anatomically contoured shoulder straps enhance flexibility, comfort and precision fit. Ventilated pads in the back, shoulder straps and waistbelt help to keep you cool and comfortable on your adventures. When you prefer to travel fast and light, the stays and waistbelt are completely removable. Load-lifter straps and a sternum strap work in tandem with the shoulder and lumbar padding to effectively distribute weight throughout the pack, further ensuring stability and comfort.

A top-accessed packbag provides the Guide 35+ with 2150 cubic inches of storage capacity, expanding to a full 2650 cubic inches with the use of an integrated spindrift collar. The buckled top lid further protects the contents of the packbag, extends to accommodate the spindrift collar and includes an additional pocket for storing smaller items. A side access zipper allows quick-and-easy access to the interior of the Guide 35+.

The feature set found on the Guide 35+ further increases its alpine performance. Multiple gear loops and attachment rings allow you to lash any and all kinds of gear to the outside of the Guide 35+. Compression straps are designed to carry skis of varying sizes and ensure that everything remains securely in place. The Guide 35+ also boasts built-in crampon straps. An internal pocket and built-in tube exit point make the Guide 35+ hydration compatible.

Made of high-tenacity, abrasion-resistant Ballistic/Duratex nylon, the Deuter Guide 35+ has an Anthracite/Black color scheme.
