Camelbak’s ground-breaking D.V.I.S. (Dynamic Ventilated Integrated System) backpanel optimizes fit and stability. Six self-adjusting integrated contact points allow the fully-padded backpanel to conform to the movement of your back, guaranteeing a constant, comfortable fit. The Vantage 40’s Dynamic Suspension harness, aluminum support stay and load-bearing, padded waistbelt effectively distribute weight and provide stability. Ventilated materials in the backpanel and harness keep you cool and comfortable. An adjustable sternum strap and load-lifter straps further enhance fit. To accommodate varying torso lengths, the Vantage 40 is available in Med (18”-20” torsos) and Large (20”-22”) sizes.
An insulated, zipper-accessed compartment houses a 100 oz Omega HydroTanium Reservoir and ensures that its contents remain cool. The reservoir includes an integrated leakproof drinking tube and CamelBak’s patented Big Bite Valve. A wide-mouth is easily accessed by a large, grip-friendly screw top lid, making refilling the reservoir easy and efficient. HydroGuard Anti-Microbial Technology fights bacteria build-up inside the reservoir and keeps water tasting fresh and clean.
The main packbag of the Vantage 40 is waterproof and accessed via a protective roll-top closure. The Med Vantage 40 offers 2440 cubic inches of storage capacity and the Large Vantage 40 has a capacity of 2745 cubic inches. Side compression straps help to keep the contents of the packbag safe and secure. A zippered, external pocket serves as another storage option and boasts built-in organizational features. Stretch side pockets offer an additional spot to stow gear. An integrated stash pocket on the waistbelt keeps essentials close at hand.
The CamelBak Vantage 40 hydration pack has a Graphite/Racing Red color scheme.
