A GORE-TEX insert ensures that your hands stay dry while skiing, snowshoeing or working in wet snow or powder.
Black Diamond combines lightweight fleece at the palm and 200 grams of Thermolite synthetic insulation at the back of the hand to allow the wearer of the Virago Mitt to grip poles or tools. A woven nylon shell with 4-way stretch provides comfort and room for a thin liner glove and the full goat leather palm, thumb and back of the hand offers excellent durability all season long.
With a tapered wrist that offers a secure fit, the Virago Mitt is equipped with an adjustable draw cord and a short gauntlet to keep snow and ice out of the mitt. A zippered pocket on the back of the hand allows for heat packets to be used on really cold days.
