Based on the idea that most users only ever need to adjust a single section of their poles, Spire Elliptic poles utilize patented auto-locking Binary Systems on the lowest pole sections. All you need to do is extend the lowest section to its maximum length and the Binary mechanism locks the section firmly in place, requiring no further adjustment while in use. Overall height adjustment is addressed between the middle and upper pole sections by an external FlickLock. Simply open the lock with a flip of your finger, slide the pole section to the required length and tap the lock back into place.
