Likes: I ordered the wrong foot print and after calling backcountry edge staff they fixed my mistake for free. Great staff. Also the footprint works great

Likes: Vey lightweight product, but is not quite large enough for the tent. I am surprised about the misfit, because everything BA puts out is of very high quality.
Dislikes: Not a perfect fit for the tent. Mildly disappointed.

Likes: Foot print appears to be exact material as the tent, which I like, helps resist water and wear and tear of bottom of the tent.
