Product Highlights

The compact, innovative Big Agnes Double Z inflatable sleeping pad provides maximum packability, weight savings and comfort for ultra-lightweight, warm weather backpacking and camping.

The Double Z pad’s superlight nylon ripstop top and bottom have internal polyurethane coatings for waterproof protection. Unique "pocked" construction makes the 4" thick pad incredibly stable and ultra-comfortable in comparison to traditional "pool rafty" inflatable sleeping pads. An innovative two-piece valve makes inflation easy and allows the pad to deflate quickly and efficiently. The inflatable construction and a weight-saving tapered cut make the pad extremely compact when deflated and ensure a light packed weight.

Available in Regular (72" x 20") and Wide Long (78" x 25") sizes, the Big Agnes Double Z inflatable sleeping pad includes a stuff sack and a repair kit. NOTE: Always store the pad unrolled with the valve open.

Styles available: Regular, Wide, Wide Long

Likes: My wife and I purchased these and tried them out this past weekend. The pad was very comfortable, and although they do have a low R rating we both noticed improved comfort even in colder weather.

Dislikes: The only downside is that these pads do take a bit of time to inflate however the process is made much easier due to the one way value.

Likes: Very lightweight and fairly comfortable.

Dislikes: Takes awhile to blow up. Moisture gets inside of the pad due to condensation and does not dry quickly. Not ideal for colder conditions.

Likes: I'm 6'4" ~230lbs. I ordered the WIDE-LONG model and I have been extremely satisfied with it so far. I'm a side-sleeper and the first night that I used this pad I had the best night of sleep I've ever had in a tent, period. To me that is the most important thing. Bonuses are that it's light, and inflates and deflates quickly.

Dislikes: I haven't used it in cold-weather camping yet but it doesn't have any insulation. But I love it so much I'll just have to find some kind of thermal pad to put underneath it in cold weather.

Likes: It's 25 inches wide(!) and tapers at the foot so it fits inside my tapered solo tent. It inflates quicker than I thought it would. It gives me a good range of inflation level; 4 inches if you need it but less can be more comfortable. Not as krinkly as other pads. I am used to a 3.5 self-inflating open cell pad for base camping so I tend to roll a bit on this one (side sleeper) but I will adapt. The valve works great for inflating and deflates fast! Light weight and packs relatively-small.

Dislikes: I bought this pad to keep with my solo tent which will be used sporadically so I am not even going to give this pad a major workout. I am a warm sleeper so I am not too concerned about the low R rating. Compared to other pads, this one met my specs the best.
