Likes: Fits the tent well. Good protection.
Dislikes: Too expensive.

Likes: Due to the thin material of the tent floor, some kind of protection is definitely advisable, unless you're always camping on perfect sites. I did think about getting a thin tarp instead for a fraction of the price, but then decided to shell out for this item. It does fit perfectly and comes with a color code that is useful because of the asymmetric tent floor.
Dislikes: Of course it is overpriced for what it is, but then the Copper Spur tent itself is very reasonably priced, so I just considered the tent + footprint as a single unit with a combined price that is still reasonable for such a high-quality product.

Likes: fits well, not used yet
Dislikes: overpriced, should be included with tent

Likes: attaches to tent bottom smartly.
Dislikes: it would be better if it extended into the vestibule. In the Sierras, that would keep the dust & gravel out better.

Likes: Works well with the Copper spur UL 2. Can also be used with the poles and fly to create a nice shelter without the tent.
Dislikes: Wish it was included with the tent instead of selling separately as the tent is not cheap.
