Likes: 24grams of protein per bag, 12g per serving. 32grams of fiber per pouch. Would be great in combination with another meal if someone is willing to share. Cheap!
Dislikes: Very salty.100% of daily.

Likes: This is a good side dish. I used it with some ground beef and it tasted very good. I would buy this again.
Dislikes: Do not under cook as the rice does not come out well. Sometimes you need to adjust the time you leave it in the container.

Likes: Very tasty and comes in an excellent cooking bag which can be easily rinsed and then reused for cooking quick oats, etc.
Dislikes: Little spicy for children and for when going hunting.
